Elins syn på välmående har genom åren formats av naturen och yogan – av lyssnandet på kroppen, andetaget och det som omger oss. Yoga för henne handlar inte om prestation, utan om att skapa en plats där vi kan landa och röra oss efter kroppens behov. Med värme och närvaro leder hon klasser där varje individ får utrymme att utforska sin egen rytm.
Sara trivs bäst när naturen får vara kravlös. Att vara ute handlar inte om att jaga höjdmeter eller göra de mest extrema turerna, utan om att få komma ut, se något nytt och bara ha det bra. Med en kamera i handen och en förkärlek för de där enkla, stilla stunderna fångar hon det som gör fjällen till en plats att återvända till – om och om igen.
Tillsammans skapar Elin och Sara en helg där andetaget får djupna, där fjällen får vara en plats för återhämtning och där upplevelsen får vara precis så som den känns rätt för dig.

We’re gathering female entrepreneurs for a unique mountain experience in Northern Sweden, focusing on connection, community, and company building. A weekend where your dreams take center stage!
The days will be filled with entrepreneurial workshops and discussions, all combined with nature, skiing, yoga, crafts, mindfulness, and good food.
It takes courage to follow your dreams and to be brave, and we need support from our surroundings. We strongly believe in collective success; and that supporting and helping each other is the right path forward.
During the weekend, you will receive keys and tools to take your idea or business to the next level and learn how to live a sustainable life as an entrepreneur. We call it self-care for entrepreneurs. Nature gives us the space to think outside the box, helps us feel wonder, and reminds us of the importance of pausing. You’ll get to enjoy the silence and the crispness of winter going Nordic ski touring in the mountains.

Oona and Salli both made the move from Stockholm to Åre. They have extensive experience in sales, marketing, and design. MYO challenges its industry with an innovative and digital approach and has been featured on SVT's program "Draknästet" (The Dragon's Nest)
Bergtagen - Elin
Retreats, yoga, and non-competitive outdoor life

Elin both live and work in the mountains. Interest in health and well-being combined with nature and outdoor activities. Bergtagen was founded because she missed a non-competitive space in outdoor life. Her greatest passion and drive are curiosity and gratitude for nature.

For the ski touring, we recommend having skied before, as there will be some easy downhill slopes.
No prior experience is required for yoga. You will always be guided to make choices based on what your body needs.
A bonus is if you like wild weather! Varied weather is something we have plenty of in Jämtland.

WORKSHOPS
The days will include both inspirational lectures and practical sessions.
We will cover topics such as marketing and sales, financing and product development, and sustainability for you as an entrepreneur.
NORDIC TOURING SKIIS
With nordic touring skis on your feet, you can explore completely untouched mountain terrain. It differs from cross-country skiing, which usually requires groomed tracks and often takes place near resorts. While cross-country skiing is a form of exercise, nordic ski touring is more about exploring.
EQUIPMENT
If you want to join the ski touring during the weekend, you need touring skis, poles and touring boots. If you need to rent equipment, the easiest way is to do it with our friends Outdoorbuddies. You get a discount code that gives you 15% off the rent when you book the retreat.
